Work Permits – This service includes obtaining documents for board members, transferred foreigners, and foreigners employed under an employment contract or a mandate contract in a Polish company.
All these activities are carried out in accordance with labor law and the Employment and Counteracting Unemployment Act. This means that our actions are not limited to submitting applications for work permits. We also handle obtaining the necessary positive opinion from the County Employment Offices.
We prepare our own certified translations and documentation, which we provide to the Client for signature. Signing these documents is the employer's only involvement in the entire process undertaken by Expat.
We conduct proceedings in Voivodeship Offices throughout Poland.
Statements on Entrusting Work Performance – This service primarily involves explaining the regulations and informing that citizens of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, or Ukraine can work without a work permit but must first register a special statement.
Expat prepares the necessary documents, delivers them to you for signature, and then registers the statement.
Notification of Employment of Ukrainian Citizens – Since 2022, Ukrainian citizens can be employed in Poland. The employer is required to send a special notification to the office.
Expat performs this action on behalf of the employer.
